"Cut The Line" est le 6ème morceau sur Water For Your Soul.

Très peu à dire sur ce titre. Joss n'en a pas fait de promotion particulière et on l'oublie un peu, placé comme il est entre un single ("Let Me Breathe") et une collaboration avec Damian Marley ("Wake Up").

La chanson n'en est pas moins excellente! Quant au texte, attention à ne pas en confondre le sentiment avec "Stuck On You" ou "This Ain’t Love": alors que dans les deux premiers, il s'agit plutôt de se dégager d'une relation toxique; là, on se retrouve face à une Joss qui aime et veut se sentir aimée, et surtout, comprise, écoutée. Visiblement, l'homme de la chanson ne veut pas comprendre. Ou alors il ne fait pas d'effort. Bref! La communication, ce n'est pas son fort.

Fréquence en concert: Très faible (à relativiser, puisque l'album est paru il y a moins d'un an!)
